JEFFERY D. SACHS talks with NORMAN BORLAUG, Nobel laureate and "father of the Green Revolution," about how to bring about an African Green Revolution. Borlaug helped revolutionize agriculture in Mexico, Pakistan and India by leading the introduction of modern agricultural practices and robust, high-yield crops-increasing food security and dramatically reducing starvation rates.
